General Conditions of Sale
1. Scope of application
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern all relations between AOI , a limited liability company with capital of €20,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 53317669900015 , whose head office is located at 6, Allée d'Andrézieux 75018 Paris , and any person wishing to make a purchase via the website nani-mono.com .
1.2. Products and Services
The products and services offered for sale are those described on the nani-mono.com website. We take the greatest care in their presentation and description in order to guarantee optimal information for the customer.
1.3. Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC) , excluding delivery costs. AOI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the rates in force indicated at the time of the order.
1.4. Order
Any order placed on nani-mono.com implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs. The customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail upon validation of the order.

1.6. Delivery and Deadlines

1.7. Right of withdrawal

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects , in accordance with articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code .
2. Intellectual Property

4. Applicable law & Competent jurisdiction
These general conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In the absence of an agreement, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Paris, France.
