General Conditions of Sale

1. Scope of application

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern all relations between AOI , a limited liability company with capital of €20,000, registered in RCS of Paris under the number 53317669900015 , whose head office is located 6, Allée d'Andrézieux 75018 Paris , and anyone wishing to make a purchase via the website aoiboutique.com .

1.2. Products and Services

The products and services offered for sale are those described on the site aoiboutique.com . We take the greatest care in their presentation and description in order to guarantee optimal information for the customer.

1.3. Price

Product prices are indicated in euros (€) All taxes included (TTC) , excluding delivery costs. AOI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the current rates indicated at the time of the order.

1.4. Order

Any order placed on aoiboutique.com implies full acceptance of these T&Cs. The customer will receive confirmation by email upon validation of the order.

1.6. Delivery and Deadlines

Products are shipped under 2 to 5 working days from order confirmation. We deliver in Metropolitan France , in European Union and internationally via : The Post Office .

1.7. Right of withdrawal

In compliance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code , the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal. The return of the products must be made in their original condition, and the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

1.8. Warranty and After-Sales Service

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and of the guarantee against hidden defects , in accordance with articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code .

2. Intellectual Property

4. Applicable Law & Competent Jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Paris, France.
