We currently ship to the following destinations:
- Metropolitan France and French Overseas Territories
- European Union (EU)
- International (outside EU)
2. Delivery times and Carriers
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

💡 Free delivery: For all orders over €30 in France and €50 in Europe.
4. Order processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours.
Shipping days: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Shipping Confirmation: You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
5. Order tracking
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at help@aoiboutique.com .
6. Delivery problems
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- ❌ Carrier strikes
- ❌ Address errors provided by the customer

7. Unclaimed Packages / Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Unclaimed orders are non-refundable.
8. Customs and taxes (Outside EU)
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply according to local regulations.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of the package.
