The Sukajan, or souvenir jacket, is a legendary jacket, born after World War II, symbolizing the meeting of American and Japanese cultures. Inspired by the personalized jackets of American soldiers stationed in Yokosuka, the Sukajan has evolved to become a true symbol of rebellion, freedom, and style. Originally a military souvenir, it transformed into a fashion icon, worn by those who want to display their independence and boldness. The Motif of Our Sukajan: Fūjin Raijin
Our sukajan stands out with a striking motif depicting Fūjin, the god of wind, and Raijin, the god of thunder, two mythical figures from Japanese culture.
Fūjin, carrying his bag filled with winds, symbolizes freedom, movement, and the force of nature. His dynamic lines and majestic expression convey the invisible yet omnipresent power of the wind.
Raijin, surrounded by his celestial drums, embodies lightning, thunder, and raw energy. His imposing and electrifying appearance expresses the formidable intensity of storms.
